VG Organizational Chart

Over the last year I’ve heard many questions asking which company was in charge of specific areas.  Who was the master developer?  How does Community Development fit in?  To clarify things, Mike Bailey and I drafted a chart to illustrate how VG was organized.  I fact checked it with Dave Hempel, of CPDC at yesterday’s Board meeting.

The chart shows the organization as of today.  It may change significantly over the next few months as the Single Family Village association is turned over to homeowners and if homeowners gain control of VG’s Board.  In any case, we hope the chart makes the organization more understandable.

Visit the Documents Page to download the PDF copy of the chart.

Board Advisory Group met with City Officials

Last night, town home and single family home residents of the Board Advisory Group met at Hugo City Hall.  The Group met with Mayor Fran Miron, Council Memeber Becky Petryk, Community Development Director Bryan Bear, and City Administrator Mike Ericson. Victor Gardens budget issues were discussed in addition to resident’s architectural concerns.  The City of Hugo is committed to work with residents, builders, and developers towards a positive outcome for everyone.

One of the proposals that emerged from the meeting was a city-hosted forum in which all residents, builders, and developers would be invited.  It is important for residents to understand what builders are planning and how the Board of Directors will work towards a better financial future our master association.  As more information becomes available, it will be announced on this website.
