Last week at the Master Board meeting, the Board discussed:
- Proposals to rejuvenate some Master Association common areas with new planters and plants.
- Proposals to install permanent flagpole lighting near the VG clock tower.
- Financial reports.
- Budget items.
- Work orders.
- The Social Events Committee's new Co-chairs, Lisa Houchins and Kelly Farrell. This Committee is holding a planning meeting Jan. 8. Interested volunteers from all VG's sub-associations should contact Lisa and Kelly.
- Due to lack of volunteer interest, a Long Term Planning Committee was not formed.
- Hiring Semper Fi Security again for pool, Neighborhood Activity Center, and neighborhood security service.
- Cleaning schedule for the Neighborhood Activity Center.
- North Village 5th Addition - There are four homes in this sub-association built by Rottlund Homes. The sub-association isn't completed and Rottlund Homes has gone out of business.
