Join Us on TownSq: Upgrading Victor Gardens News Blog for a Better Community Experience!

Hello, neighbors!

Sixteen years ago, I started this Victor Gardens News Blog with the help of many incredible people who have been a part of the journey. I want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you. It's been quite a ride, but now it's time to take our neighborhood into the modern age. If you haven’t already done so, please say hello to TownSq—the awesome new app that will improve the way we connect, share information, and seamlessly handle our HOA dues.

Change is Good, Folks!
As technology keeps advancing, it's important for us to keep up. Our Victor Gardens News Blog has served us well, but it's time for an upgrade. With TownSq, we'll have a cutting-edge platform that combines all the features we expect while introducing exciting new ways to engage with our community.

Seamless Integration, One-Stop Shop!
The best part about TownSq? It brings everything together in one place. No more hopping between different websites and apps. Soon, you will be able to access all the important neighborhood information, download Architectural & Landscape Change Applications, view your association’s governing documents, chat with fellow residents, stay in the loop about community events, and even pay your HOA dues—all within the TownSq app.

Building a Stronger Community, Together!
Building a sense of community has always been our top priority in Victor Gardens, and TownSq takes it to a whole new level. With its social features, we can connect, share ideas, and organize events like never before. Whether you're planning a block party, starting a book club, or coming together for some good ol' volunteer work, TownSq makes it easier than ever to bring us all closer and strengthen the bonds that make our neighborhood special.

Reintroducing Associa Minnesota and Our Community Manager, Nicole Miller!
To ensure a smooth transition, we've partnered with Associa Minnesota, a renowned management company that knows their stuff. They'll help us seamlessly move the best of Victor Gardens News over to the TownSq platform, ensuring a hassle-free experience for everyone. And let's not forget about our helpful Community Manager, Nicole Miller! With her wealth of experience and passion for building vibrant communities, she'll be there to lend a hand, assist you in setting up your TownSq account if needed, and guide us through this transition.

Retiring the Website—Let's Make the Move!
Now, here's the big news. In a few months, I'll be retiring the Victor Gardens News Blog along with all its features. It's time to embrace the future. If there are any items on the website that you find particularly helpful, please let me know, and I’ll ensure they are transitioned to the new TownSq platform.

Questions? Concerns? Let's Chat!
I understand that change can sometimes raise questions or concerns. As part of this transition, my old email address will soon be deactivated along with the Victor Gardens News blog website. But don't worry! If you have any comments, concerns, or suggestions about the full transition to TownSq, please feel free to reach out to me at my new email address, markviker.vg@gmail.com. I'm here to address concerns and ensure that we make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.

Homeowners having a challenge logging into the phone app may need to complete the log in on a desktop first. Once the log in is complete, you will be able to also log into the phone app.

Adding multiple users (a spouse or tenant for example):
  1. The owner will click on their profile in the upper right-hand corner .
  2. Next, the owner will click on "Occupants"
  3. Click on "Create Occupant"
  4. Once in the "Residents/Create Occupant" screen, the owner must choose to either create a Family Member or Tenant.
  5. Once the owner chooses either Family Member or Tenant, they must then complete all of the required information and click "Create Occupant"
  6. Once the Tenant or Family Member signs on and registers, they will appear in the Residents tab and be listed with no units.
Let's come together, build an even more vibrant community, and make Victor Gardens the best place to live.
