Last night, town home and single family home residents of the Board Advisory Group met at Hugo City Hall. The Group met with Mayor Fran Miron, Council Memeber Becky Petryk, Community Development Director Bryan Bear, and City Administrator Mike Ericson. Victor Gardens budget issues were discussed in addition to resident’s architectural concerns. The City of Hugo is committed to work with residents, builders, and developers towards a positive outcome for everyone.
One of the proposals that emerged from the meeting was a city-hosted forum in which all residents, builders, and developers would be invited. It is important for residents to understand what builders are planning and how the Board of Directors will work towards a better financial future our master association.
