Do you know who is in charge of the sprinklers around the community center building and parking lot? I noticed one was broken and gushing water (northwest corner of the parking lot, near the community center) and the one on the northeast corner was spraying into the parking lot. Would you be able to forward this information to the appropriate person?
The broken sprinkler heads had been previously been reported. Casey Groff informed Mike Bailey (Landscape Committee Chair) that the repairs have already been made.
I noticed that the pond in Victor Gardens is beginning to look pretty bad. Is there a plan to clean the pond? The drainage is backed up as well. Please advise.
Casey Groff, VG's Community Manager is the contact person for reporting any problems to Master Association properties and amenities. You can find her contact information attached to the main portion of this posting.
Parents,
Please abide by the pool rules and regulations by not allowing your children under age 14 to swim without adult supervision.
I spoke to Dennis with City of Hugo today regarding the weeds around the new construction/medial building by Victor Square.
There was a legal dispute going that halted construction. He said the dispute has been resolved to the point where construction can resume.
The city expects that construction to resume starting next week.
This means the area around the building should start to see improvement, landscaping and removal of the big dirtpile.
I look forward to seeing that.
