FTTH recently sent a letter to its subscribers in the neighborhood. The Master Board and FTTH will be meeting next week to discuss FTTH's delinquent payments, and its future use of our Association's property in the Neighborhood Activity Center.
Hopefully the Board and FTTH can come to an agreement. I would prefer to keep FTTH's service, but it is important that our Homeowners Association does not pay ANY of FTTH's electrical costs and a small rental fee for space in the activity center seems appropriate. Joan
