Spring Walk-Through Planned Next Week

The Victor Gardens Community Association's (Master) Board and Casey Groff, our Community Manager will be doing a "walk-through" of the neighborhood.  A few items the Board will look into will be the replacement of some dead trees, updating pool security, reviewing plans for renovating the main entrance areas North and South of Frenchman Road, etc.
If there are areas that you may want to Board to investigate, please leave a comment here or contact Casey Groff.  The Board may then add those to the list of issues to discuss.

I'd like to see flowers planted in the parks and on the bridge. Last year there were fewer than before because of budget cutbacks.

The parks have been turned over to the city, so we should not be funding that, and it makes more sense to plant something that comes back on an annual basis rather than annuals which have to be purchased year after year.

Since the city is in charge of the parks, it'd be nice for them to fix the basketball hoops. One is leaning forward and the other is not squared to the court. Both probably happened from the weight and settling in the ground
