Pratt Homes Approved to Build New Single Family Home

Last night Victor Gardens Master ARC reviewed, discussed and approved plans for a new single family home for the corner of Victor Hugo Blvd. and Poet's Green. Pratt Homes submitted the plans and will build the home. This marks a new chapter for home building in Victor Gardens 1st Addition. Pratt continues to build homes in its VG Creek Side Villas Association. This new home already has a buyer, and will not be a model home.
