According to
KSTP.com I-35E is scheduled for resurfacing. Blacktop will be removed and replaced with concrete between County Rd. 96 in White Bear Lake and the I-35E/I-35W split south of Forest Lake.
Traffic along that highway should be a real pleasure this summer, especially considering construction for the new I-35E exit 123 interchange at Hwy. 14.
