Weavers Featured in the Parade of Homes Guide

Our newest neighbors Rob and Alisha Weaver are featured in the 2010 Spring Parade of Homes Guide cover story. Their house, across from Val Jean Park, was completed last fall and built by Hartman Homes. Hartman has built many homes here in Victor Gardens and Inspiration, Bayport. VG Residents Invited to New Hartman Homes Model

Pam Hoye of Hartman Homes has invited all Victor Gardens residents to Harman's new model home during the upcoming Spring Parade of Homes (Feb 28 - March 22).  I've asked Pam to provide a little information about their new model, and a picture for residents to see what it will look like when its completed.  -Mark

Hartman Plans Several New Homes

A small number of undeveloped, single-family lots were recently listed.  The listings include designs for proposed homes that will be built by Hartman Homes - a well-regarded builder in Victor Gardens.   The homes all appear to be situated on Victor Hugo Blvd. & Garden Way and feature alley-loading garages.    Scroll down the page for more detail.

National Night Out - Thanks to Everyone

Thanks to members of Victor Gardens Social Committee for organizing a great National Night Out and giving prizes to the neighborhood’s kids.  Thanks also to the Washington County Sheriff and Hugo’s own Fire Department for spending time with neighbors, showing off their vehicles and equipment.  Pratt Homes, Harman Homes, American Classic Homes also deserve thanks for their generous financial donations to support the event.

Lots Reserved for New Construction

According to Jack Broughton of CPDC, six lots are currently reserved in the Single Family Village.  He wrote, “The lots that have been reserved are 1st Addition Block 1, Lot 20, Block 2, Lot 7, Block 4, Lot 4, and in VG East, Block 3, Lot 6 and 8, and Block 4, Lot 3.”

More Single Family Homes Planned

Spring construction season appears to be off to a busy start.  In addition to homes currently under construction on the East side of the Creek, four lots have been reserved in the current Single Family Village.  Three of the lots are in Victor Gardens 1st Addition and one in Victor Gardens East.
